3kwp, 2.5kva 24vdc inverter, 12 - 48vdc MPPT Charge controller, 24vdc 400ah battery bank. The whole installation is to power a single fridge.

I understand that I can start small and be increasing it as money comes.

I have the following:
1. Tv say 32"
2. Decoder
3. CD player
To be powered between 7pm and at most 11pm (4hrs daily)
Lighting 12 energy bulbs 5w for 10hrs

Fan can wait.

Very true, you can small and upgrade with time.
The UPS is a 24vdc inverter. You will need at least two 12vdc batteries. If you use 2pcs 100ah batteries, you will require at least 600Wp panels to charge it, a charge controller and other installation accessories.

You could make money from your dead or swollen batteries.

This is for recycling purposes and the prices will be reviewed from time to time.

Can the UPS charge the battery or you install an external charger? I am thinking of setting up same just for Tv, ps4 and fan

I usually use external charger because the charging amps is low for the battery.
In this case, there is no need for any charger as it's a completely off grid installation. It's hooked to 6pcs 130watts solar panels.
