For me something went wrong after the 2 structures that prompted the Consultants to leave . Management restructure or listening to bad advice . The consultants stated that the first two structures are fine until they started the 4th floor of the 3rd building .

Greed is a strong factor in all of these things .

The greatest sins in this world are committed calling the name of God. You were given approval for 15 floors you went ahead and did 21 floors.... well who am i to judge.

cant confirm but i read that d man was in d building at the time of d collapse. based on his faith, why did he not follow building regulations?

I know this man. He was the one invited to preach on men's day in my church. He talked about all his buildings in ikoyi. He made mention of one of them that they were initially denied the go ahead to build but they later got the go ahead and he even got a go ahead to add more floors. That's why he called it grace. I guess that was the building that collapsed.

You can't go up to 21 floors without having two floors as basement floors, if not prepare for a possible collapse before completing the project .

Moreso , the grace, peace and Faith he quoted had no link with the professional conducts use to build the house, he was only quoting his ability through God to be able to deliver this project which later failed.

The same thing fake pastors, false prophets and other scammers say.
