Oga, Enugu is one of the states that has the best road-network in Nigeria. Enugu was planned as a capital city. You don't go building flyovers when there is no need for it.

What is your definition of a fly over?
A fly over is a bridge carrying one railway line or road over another.
There are close to ten fly overs in Enugu before the latest one under construction. Enugu is not one of the cities you castigate because it is well planned,has very good road networks and also a clean city.Sullivan Chime did a whole lot on the roads at the metropolis.

But then, I can't blame those who degrade them, I can only urge Ebonyi people to retrace their steps and make a positive impact wherever they go. I guess by doing this, the narrative will change.
