What is breakfast?
Re: What's Your First Choice Meal For Breakfast? by SeriouslySense(m): 2:13pm On Nov 05, 2021
I think I have to train my body to eat less and eat more nutrition. I would like to eat crayfish with rice, green peas, and some succulent leaves.

If we look at nature, the great Apes, eat nuts, termites, and fresh leaves, and they get all the nutrition, they need, but it seems they take a lot to get the quantity they require.

Mostly oatmeal or cereals. Five minutes prep and I am good to go.
I just can't get around this oat no matter how it's prepared.

I ended up using oat as swallow.

Aren't croissants full of sugar, you don't want that processed sugar, it is one of the causes of diabetes. smiley smiley

When you read about causes of diabetes, there is no where it will mention eating sugar (processed or otherwise) as a cause.

Causes of diabetes are Gene, Viruses, Obesity, overweight, physical inactivity etc

I am seriously worried with the misinformation going round.
