I wrote a long wall of text but then deleted my comment because I brought in religious undertones. If a man lust after a woman, he has committed adultery, Christ says. Yes, but while the act of lusting is different from commiting the real act of adultery itself, I can't help but argue that in the absence of evidence, there's no proof that sexual assault necessarily implies sexual penetration unless there's a video that shows the contrary before us.

What I'm saying is, let's say we have an older woman of above 50, handling the peniiis of a 9 years old boy in hopes that he would sleep with her. The entire gymnastics is to get his consent (not that it matters anyway) or atleast make him willing. We can't conclusively say because she aroused the poor boy, therefore she had sexual intercourse with him. They are not the same thing. Trying to get consent by any lewd acts or by coercion is not the same as the act itself, or is it? For the very fact that the will is still free and could decide. I understand that some lewd acts make people extremely vulnerable but they are still free, or do you think carrying out lewd acts on children or anyone for that matter is the same as the acts that sometimes follows it?

Would Princess just share a clip of Baba Ijesha pe etrating this minor and put the matter to rest? Could it be that we don't have a full video of Baba Ijesha sleeping with the minor? Would you convict him for a separate count charge in the absence of evidence? Just because I am guilty of molesting children doesn't mean I sleep with them. Do you disagree?

I've been a keen follower of this story! Firstly the cctv video was not the only evidence provided ! The culprit himself confessed that he penetrated the girl when she was 8! An expert was brought in and she confirmed the girls hymen has been broken a long time ago! If u read the write up , they have 6 charges pressed against him , including child molestation with intent to penetrate and I guess that's referring to the episode in the cctv footage! There's another charges that read, molestation with penetration, that happened a long time ago! He has 6 charges that carried different weight, in the end he'll spend nothing less than 20 years imprisonment if the law truly take it course
