Good Morning guys. Please I know we have a lot of great minds here who knows about Logistics Company. Please I have been having challenges with my riders, they always complain: today brakes fail, tomorrow tire burst, Union is disturbing him, On top delivery that even up to 1.500# on the long run after 6 months there was nothing more or less like I was a charity, I even tried to hire a manager to manage the company. That one no yield any result. And every day I see other logistics companies getting busy. Please honorable I need you to advise me what do you think I'm doing wrong.

Businesses these days are getting more difficult to run.

It is now very difficult to get trust worthy, honest and dedicated staff.

The last manager I hired was just collecting salary no impact nothing-nothing I had to lay him off

People are now looking for quick and easy money.

Even other logistics bikes you see that are busy, they still go back and tell the owners stories and pocket the money.

Majorly, I have friends who have different businesses some clothes, household items, arts.
Basically, friends of friends are the major source, but social media only a few but I can't venture much into social media with all this imbalance happening in the company
