Throwback: Cancellation Of Election Boycott By Ipob (2019). by omenkaLives(m): 7:20am On Nov 05, 2021 |
In what seems reminiscent of the events leading up to the 2019 general elections, IPOB has called off the order for residents of Anambra state to steer clear the state gubernatorial electoral process. The decision was made just about 24 hours away from the commencement of the actual voting process, similar way it was done in 2019, an action suggestive of a "blackmail and cashout" scheme. In 2019, the group insisted that the government MUST sign "documents" brought before it as a condition for lifting the boycott order imposed by them on "biafrans". When the boycott was eventually lifted, the group declared that they've won a major victory against the government, suggesting that their "conditions" were met. Have the "conditions" also been met this time? Read details below. The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has suspended his call that Igbo’s boycott the general elections. Let's see how it goes . I hope it will happen in Anambra. I heard Monday sit at home has been cancelled but it's still observed in Anambra. Panic buying of yesterday for the 1week sit at home was worrisome. This election should come and go ! |

Election season gives ipob the opportunity to frisk and pat down the ambitious politicians who think they have a chance of winning. Atiku was extorted but as usual, they can give nothing in return. The people are always determined to vote anyway. The victory is for the electorate. The loss is for the online urchins who have to invent new lies. 6 Likes 2 Shares |

It's obvious the governors and elders reneged on the agreement they had with Kanu.. They even went ahead to conspire to get him kidnapped from Kenya... Why IPOB still decided to trust these same bunch of efulefus again in 2021, leaves melancholy and despondent 1 Like |
