I have always been a fan of redmi but lately,the bugs in their mobile devices are becoming too much,I even regret bringing people around me to buy the product sef....

I started using redmi around 2019 in which my first product was redmi 8A which I gave out to popsy after I got the 9s a month after it was launched here in Nigeria, the redmi 8a started with network wahala which was fixed at Raya office after I paid close to 30k(the phone wasn't up to a year old o), I'm currently no longer enjoying my note 9s even upon the upgrade to Miui v12.5 I still experience ghost touch on my phone even though this phone doesn't have a faulty screen, I had to remove the screen protector thinking it was the cause and even changed the charger but the issue still persists....

A friend of mine just bought the redmi 9T yesterday after telling her to go for redmi phones only for her to tell me she noticed it goes off most times itself, I quickly checked online and noticed it was a common issue for that model bootloader wahala.... Omo I'm seriously gonna dump this phone it's becoming headache, most of the updates sef still comes with bugs and I also noticed their are differences in functionality between the global version of this redmi and the Chinese own too

For the first time in my life, I experienced what 'warranty' means.


He took the phone to where he bought it and they sent it for repairs (cos of d warranty)


Funny enough, it happened that hundreds of persons using that particular phone model has been complaining/returning their phone cos of that particular problem. Hence, they've run our of spare parts to use to fix my aunts phone.

They sent the phone to their Lagos office but they couldn't fix it.

After about a month, they called my brother.

He went to their office and they refunded 100% of his money.



That is the point I applauded them the most.


But all files in d phone were lost forever (phone numbers, messages, videos, pictures, etc)



Right now, my mind is glued back to Infinix.


Its not the best brand but its been serving me perfectly well without any issue

Snapdragon is a type of processor,I don't advice any one going for transission devices, that's why I opted for redmi but recently they're experiencing too much bugs which is becoming so annoying

You're correct. That's why I have been reluctant to change my redmi 7. But even if I am paid to.....I can't use transsion devices... No way! You're a transsion marketer....

Well I can't hold brief for Xiaomi. Maybe they're expanding faster than their capacity. But never transsion devices.... Never! No one knows exactly what happened to your aunt's device though

not true. Redmi 9 has no such problems. Maybe you mean Poco M3 and Redmi 9T

I experienced such too before I went to buy tecno camon 17 pro dated last year. But if the phone is still with you, you can make come alive again. This is what I had done before and it resulted to a success. The issue came with the updates installed from Xiaomi redmi.
To restore, connect the phone using the USB type-C to any PC preferably a windows 10 64bit type. As soon as you plug it, it will pop a sound...wait for 15-20secs. If it shows charging icon, just unplug from PC and plug to its charger and wait till it's fully charged. But if it does not show such, give it like 10 more days before retrying.

This done...ensure that you place SIM cards you once used when it was working before you hold down the power button for 10mins - 15mins, it will boot up.
Once it power up again, go to settings to disable install automatically feature. Let it be manual. Don't ever make it to restart or you will have to wait till the battery is drained before repeating the concept I posted up here. This is a temporary fix.

There is a permanent fix but only for smart phone root exploiters.

Sometimes I wonder if these Xiaomi marketers are bots because they don't reason at all. Just look at the rubbish that one called praxtech is vomiting.

Despite the fact that a lot of people are complaining about the product, he is still defending the brand agressively as if he is been paid or his life depends on it. Even the infinix and Tecno they bash all the time doesn't have this much complains.
