Direct primaries will give them less control of the outcome, hence the kickoff

I trust PMB and his cabal that they'll not handover power soon to the hyenas party the PDP.
All you people from Tinubu's camp is just banking on support from PMB. If that is your only strategy for 2023, then it means you have not been paying attention. I wont mention the signs to you.... Like I have been saying, 2022 no far, all of una go learn something about Northern politics soon. WAIT FOR IT!

A party full of clowns, the executive order on large gathering was in effect yet they did the direct primaries in Anambra and came up with imaginary 200k plus.

They knew parties were voluntary organisations yet they didn't have a problem in conducting the direct primaries in Lagos in a bid to oust Am bode.

They knew it would be difficult for INEC yet they were bragging about how they were the first to conduct direct primaries and shouting victory for democracy upandan.

Spits on the heads of this black market progressives.

All I know is either Tinubu or Osibanjo is getting the APC presidential ticket for 2023, the irrelevant 5% from the yeast can go to hell for all I care.

Asgardd, princessof1agos, peMguin

Your food is done, come and blame Tinubu for your poverty and misfortune again.
Look at what politics has made you become. Developing hatred towards other tribe.

The main leaders you mentioned are even in good terms with the people of the east, but you as a slave, you are killing yourself.

So you think that everyone who takes this kind stance belongs to Tinubu camp?
Maybe it will do you well to go through my previous post & stance on Tinubu presidential aspiration.

This forum is anonymous anyway so there's no need to claim what may not be within your knowledge.

If he sees fulani anywhere even if it's from Chad he doesn't mind giving him power against a Yoruba muslim
Guy you see that APC, they'd do anything to remain in power.

The greatest mistake APC will make is to fild Bola Tinubu as it's candidate , Nigerians don't want another vegetable, let alone a rotten one
Let PDP present a better alternative if they have and stop ranting like a kid at the risk of losing his Ribena drink

That's what your small mind tells you.
The most excruciating pain is coming 2023 because whoever the APC put out as the president will win.

I trust PMB and his cabal that they'll not handover power soon to the hyenas party the PDP.

No Fahdiga.

I have not seen anyway that Direct primaries will be better than Indirect Primaries.

The few instances of Direct Primaries have proven why it is not really a credible option.

In Lagos, there was 900,000 votes for Sanwolu during the APC direct primaries but same Sanwolu couldn’t get more than 700,000 votes during election proper. Which questions the credibility of the numbers that were churned out during the Direct Primaries.

Again in Anambra, Andy Uba got over 200,000 votes during the direct primaries but is struggling to get up to 50,000 votes in the election proper. And you are forced to ask where the remaining thousands are.

So to me, Direct Primaries is more likely to be abused than Indirect Primaries.
You are right

Finally, the APC Govs are now speaking as they should.
Direct primaries appears good on the surface but we are not ready for it yet. Most political parties still don't have membership register

They are about to crash Tinubu's hope of securing APC presidential ticket for 2023. Tinubu influenced this mandatory direct primaries thru his stooges in senate (Lawal) and Gbajabiamila in house of rep. Without direct primary it will be very difficult for Tinubu to get the APC. The cabals are on Tinubu's case. Demystifying him one step at a time.

Have you noticed that any thread that appears anti Tinubu gets less responses? This is because his fanatical supporters are in severe pains . but if any thread is in his favour the responses will get to about 9 pages.

this is what the myopic yorubas fail to see . buhari will just play along while subtly undermining tinubu such that tinubus ambition will appear to have failed naturally , leaving buhari blameless and giving tinubu no room for public sympathy

Anyone who is against direct primaries wants to benefit from an alternative that can be manipulated. He is dishonest and anti-people.

Nobody is against direct primaries, let parties decide the mode that suits them.

Every environment is different, Direct Primaries might be easier to handle in Ogun yet difficult in Borno.

Do you know the financial and logistics pressure it will put on INEC if every election goes into direct primaries?

Is direct primaries the only means of membership registration?

Compulsory direct primaries will only create a two or three Party system.

Anybody who circumscribes himself to having just a two-party system is anti-democratic.

Manipulating direct primaries is easier than indirect in Nigeria at the moment because we still don't have the capacity to monitor the process
