I think most of those in the ict unit are technologists... except if you're a clerical/admin staff... This may vary from one university to the other though...but whatever post is written on the employment letter is the true category... May I ask which uni?

One last thing, my Oga at work who got transferred from ministry of defense to our government hospital (where I work as a locum) said his salary increased significantly since he got transferred to the hospital. He mentioned something like when under ministry of health, the pay is higher..
He made mention of his colleague on same level 12 who is still in ministry of defense earning lower than him.
He's an accountant btw not an health professional.

How do you explain this?

Bro the Federal Ministry of Health is the parent ministry and is different from the MDA's under them including FMC's and teaching hospitals. If your oga at Ministry of Defence is sent on secondment to Defence Space Administration,his salary would be higher too.

Regarding FIRS, heard they'll have a sitting early next month, the outcome will then decide how they'll go about the recruitment. So issuance of APL will most likely be early next year. As for NDIC, I have no idea.

I think it can be done anywhere...but must be attested/approved by an IPPIS staff......... If you go to the ICT man at wages and salaries Dept at the uni's bursary unit... they'll direct you accordingly

The only thing that needs protecting on the APL is the name but why the salary? That's why connected people on this thread stopped replying to questions.
