I have lived in Benin republic for some years so I no why I said so. You will hardly see anything checkpoints. The last time I went there for prayers I bought one can of Malta Guinness for N400, they told me that it's because of the closed border that they had to smuggle it from Nigeria hence the price. I see Nigerians populating there after Buhari successfully removes fuel subsidy.
