There's this she-goat that my granny gave us ...this goat grew to be like a member of the family...she knows everybody In our house and eats everything even biscuits and cheese balls

23 Dec 2019 , I came back from school and realized that my elder bro killed the goat for Christmas celebration.... omo eeeeh I felt like crying...my younger sis cried for days cus of that goat. thank God she has three kids tho

I could remember I grew up knowing Billy a beautiful dog to be my best friend, Billy was just cute and amazing and everything that made me happy. Whenever it's 2:30pm you will see Billy waiting for me at the entrance of the school gate panting and wagging her tails, she hated seeing any stranger coming closer to me, you do no risk touching my school bag whenever she's around or else you're gonna be OYO. I woke up one fateful morning to discover she was no where to be found, thought she was tryna play hide and seek, whispered her name solemnly but She did respond. Later I was told by a neighbor that the carcass of a dog was found lying lifeless in the other street, she had been knocked down by a crazy hit and run driver. I zoomed off to the scene only to find this girl lying in pool of blood with her shinny teeth exposed and her long tongues stuck in between her teeth, It was a traumatising bomshell, I was crying profusely, rolling on her remain, my siblings too were crying and some of my friends who knew this dog to be my best friend, our mother was kinda emotional consoling and comforting us, it took several months a new playful puppy to get Billy out of my mind.
I'm a dog lover and do not tolerate any harsh treatment on animal especially pets. I've been telling my fiance about my plan to own dogs, sharing same sitting room and bedroom with them in the future so that it will not be in anyway strange to her. Pls let's try to respect our pets especially dogs, dogs are clairvoyant animal, they can be more trusted than that person you think you trust most.
