General Obasanjo, was pictured wearing his signature Nigerian traditional attire.
Olusegun Obasanjo is said to have been the only African President that never wore an English Suit.

He wasn't a two time president. He was a military head of state and a civilian government president. You could have said, he was twice the head of government.
