I was a mediator on the matter and he got a very fair deal to convert the cash he’s meant to refund into supplies (just 1 granite and 1 sand) but he still blew it up.

I think he has dipped his hand into many difficult stuffs. I pray he’s able to retrace his steps and come back stronger and better.

But.my plea to everyone is never do advance payment with this guy @ checkitaut to deliver materials for you but rather do POS payment in sighting your goods. Honestly I will not take the fact that he does a good quantity delivery believe me he is the best when it comes to right quantity and quality specification. But when it comes to money and integrity please be careful.

I’m the same guy. I just laughed. I’m luckiest guy then, when he was supplying sand I always paid him for Irons as well. He couldn’t supply at rate we agreed, he reversed my payment two days later.

I’ll still do business with him anyday anytime. His quantity is good for me and I’m happy with it.

He did all my granite supplies at the XL6 Trillion Atrium House project on POD and it was great.

I don’t know what really went wrong with him but I’m sure he knew I’d be happy to assist any day anytime.
His issue with Thenext is not far from what we were discussing yesterday about making upfront payment for goods that’s not readily available or would be picked at a later time.

We contacted Skimanski based on Nairaland, we would had someone else outside but decided to patronize a fellow nairalander .
Out of 3.8M he charged us ,we paid him 3.7M.
If it was young people i woudnt feel so bad , but an elderly woman's house , imagine the trauma after removing roof and rain poured yesterday , everything Gone , she was drenched . Imagine the condition now .
