If a professor has bad fashion taste or doesn’t fancy cars that’s on him, not the govt.

It is only from SL that is allowed to take adjunct positions in other Universities. Even with that, the amount paid to an adjunct lecturer is just basic salary (how much is basic salary for a Ph.D. holder with several years of experience)?. PMB's government through IPPIS has stopped this practice now or reduced it. You may need to know that even to get an adjunct position in another University involves a lot of politics, lobby, and maybe knowing former mates or colleagues; how many of such can you get in other Universities? So only say what you know, the Nigerian University system needs complete overhauling beyond the salaries of lecturers.
