Is it possible for someone already on employment in an FG ministry to move to a revenue generating agency (NNPC, FIRS, CBN) and still be collecting salaries in both places?

Note that revenue generating agencies are not on IPPIS, so probably no way to detect since they dont draw salary from TSA?

The only institution not u der IPPIS is CBN and NNPC so with the use of ur BVN the track if u do receive salary from another source and if caught u may lose its job

The issue is the revenue generating agency wont pay the person until after 4months after he must av completed probation/training, so can d person stil continue collecting salary from her previous workplace till they start paying in the new workplace

As an FG civil servant Its illegal to work and get paid in a different organisation, how much more getting double salaries from the same FG payroll, i think its suicidal.
The only legitimate business or work you can do as a civil servant is Farming/Agriculture.

Civil fraud
The civil service stinks of corruption, I met someone last week who was sourcing for bank details of individuals; someone in a federal ministry want to use them to funnel funds, they'll take their shares and send the rest to another account.

It is very possible in as much as you have no resigned from the Federal agency you were working before picking up the revenue agency job. However, it is advisable that you resign immediately. Holding on to two federal government employment is a gross misconduct that can lead to instant dismissal.

If I was a staff of ICPC I would've made sure I nab you. Cos for you to ask such question shows you've resumed for at least a month on the second job to know they won't pay, yet still refused to resign the other one. In fact, you don chop the salary you just wan know if there will be consequences.

Very possible. It's the responsibility of the previous MDA/Employer to stop your salary in IPPIS. If they don't, the salary may run indefinitely until detected. If there's no collusion, you'll be forced to refund all double salary and may be severely punished (although very rare).
