Ok.
Research DHEA supplements.
woah....! For mentioning DHEA, Indeed you are good. You are quite knowledgeable alot on this subject matter. Thanks a lot and pls tell me more about the supplement.
Moreso, As I was doing my research, I discovered the pituitary gland also produce testosterone and not just the ovaries. she experiences severe headaches every now and then, and she lactates too when the breast is fondled yet the prolactin read 8.9 on a range of 1.2 to 19.5, which is considerable so I am finding it hard to make out something.

Bitter leaf + letrozole is a good combo.
Are you feeling any signs of ovulation? I'd advise you trigger just in case. If you aren't afraid of needles you can do it yourself. When I triggered I got a nurse to help me.

Please, how is bitter leaf used with Letrozole

Thank you so much
It’s not been easy
Still hoping for my bundle of Joy
The hurt I feel after a pt test negative breaks my heart.

Convert from cm to mm first before concluding…this person has multiple matured follicles and likely used egg boost…possible to have multiples with this
jully9:

You won't ovulate this month. The size of the follicle are too small on day 13th.
Re: Trying To Conceive A Child? TTC by shutupareyouGOD: 7:15am On Nov 16, 2021
Yes but work with a doctor
AnikeTTC:

To be sure that I have a Follicle and that I ovulate, can i possible use Letrozole prior to doing my follicle tracking?
Then afterwards, get my trigger shot?
Please educate me.
Re: Trying To Conceive A Child? TTC by shutupareyouGOD: 7:16am On Nov 16, 2021
Very matured…go and trigger
Lagbenjo:
Please house, help me interpret this follicular tracking result . Please I need reply ASAP.
After waiting for the Gynea today at the hospital, didn't show up. I don't have his contact .
DAY 10 FOLLICULAR TRACKING
RIGHT FOLLICLE: 1.85CM, 1.64CM, 1. 49CM, 1.19CM
LEFT FOLLICLES: 1.63CM, 1.67CM, 1.54CM, 1.42CM

DAY 13. FOLLICULAR TRACKING
RIGHT FOLLICLE 2.51 CM, 1.88CM, 2.05 CM, 1.44CM
LEFT FOLLICLE 2.20CM, 2.18CM 1.87CM, 2.10CM
Endometrial thickness - 0. 46cm

The question is, are the day 13 follicles matured ?
When will i release egg?
Re: Trying To Conceive A Child? TTC by shutupareyouGOD: 7:18am On Nov 16, 2021
To be definitely sure it ruptures…just trigger …a nurse can administer the injection if u can’t do it yourself
Lagbenjo:

Thank you
I didn't use clomid . Doctor prescribed letrozole. I also used bitter leave and okro water religiously
Today's scan ( day 14) is written ovulation on my report. The doctor that did scan even said it aloud to his partner in the lab to write. Do I still need trigger shot with this. Can I inject myself?
The Gynea is not available at the clinic today.

Good morning mothers
Can someone help explain further to me what follicular tracking is about?
I understand one needs to go to a lab and it take a scan but how many times does one need to track in one month and are there specific days to monitor?

Also is there anything one can do to increase follicle size should one track early and discover that follicles are small?
Re: Trying To Conceive A Child? TTC by Lagbenjo: 3:21pm On Nov 16, 2021
Follicular tracking is the tracking of follicles ( egg) from small to maturation and ovulation . It is used to determine if a woman is ovulating and also check some underlying conditions like fibriod , cyst , endometriosis etc.
It could be done transabdominal or transvaginal . The best is transvaginal. It sees the follicles clearly. The doctor will ask you to start tracking, starting from day 10 of your cycle. Some start day 12 depending on your cycle length. The doctor will track 3 or 4 times till ovulation is confirmed . It may not everyday tracking. Mine was at 2 days intervals after the first scan

Fvi.ne:

Metformin, Inositol for women who have PCOS also works to bring on Ovulation. Weightloss also helps to bring on Ovulation especially for overweight PCOS women. Treating High Prolactin also helps with Ovulation because high Prolactin affects Ovulation

Unorthodox means would be The Bitterleaf Juice and Garlic cloves from CD 1 to CD 10 as shared by Bening.asweety and confirmed by some Mamas who tried it.

Below is the Bitter Leaf Recipe

Bitter leaf botanically called vernonia amygdalin should be gotten fresh from d plant. Collect about 25leaves and wash thoroughly. Then measure one cup of water and pour it in a clean bowl den start squeezing d leaves inside d water like u re washing cloth. D leaves will shrink and produce greeny foams. Stop wen ur water is totally green then sieve to remove d leaves. Ready to drink. Please dont refrigerate. If u cant get bitter leaves in ur area, try buying in stalks, it is better stored by spreading d leaves on a clean floor den collecting from there to make your juice than refrigerating.

Ten peel 1 - 2 Garlic Cloves, chew and swallow or swallow like pills. Don't mix the Bitter Leaf and Garlic together.

I personally didn't use letrozole plus Bitter leaf combo but old time mamas that did and shared their wild used,
Bitterleaf CD1-3
Letrozole CD 5-9

Been TTC for 16 months, I recently did a follicular tracking and i would really appreciate if anyone can help explain the result to me. I was placed on Letrozole and Metformin before going for the scan.

Day 9-
RO- Dominant follicle measuring 21.7mm X 14.2mm in diameters
LO- Dominant follicle measuring 12.8mm X 8.9mm in diameters

Day 11
RO - Dominant follicle measuring 24.2mm X 19.9mm in diameters
LO- Dominant follicle measuring 12.5mm X 8.1mm in diameters

Day 13
RO - Noted is a luteum cyst measuring 9.6mm
LO- Nil Dominant follicle

From your result, it shows that Ovulation occurred from your right ovary.
Hence, the presence of luteum cyst noted on Day 13 from your right ovary.

Hope you babydanced during this period?

Why exactly do you want the sperm(semen) thick and stretchy?

Doctor said its viscosity is very low that is meant to be stretchy...cos its not stretchy, it slips out easily and quickly

Good evening mamas and papas, this is my first time writing but I've been following this thread for a while.
DH and I are trusting God for our miracle this year.
Hormonal imbalance and fibroid are the culprit which I'm being treated for. I eventually decided to go for the myomectomy as I've been unwilling to do it. I pray this improves our chances.

These are the hospitals I have been to for gynaecological consultation but I need to get reviews on them concerning myomectomy. Does anyone know how successful they are please? How is their aftercare too?

Our Friend's Hospital, Ogba
Smith Medical Centre,Surulere
Nigerian Army Hospital, Yaba

Please any information about them is highly welcomed
I vote for the Army Hospital

Then ask the doctor to recommend something for it.
But viscosity is supposed to be low to enable the sperm swim, high viscosity means difficulty swimming up to meet the egg.

It's just like trying to swim in mud compared to swimming in clean water.

Hello sabi mamas, I saw my last period on 8 the of October, then my doctor put me on letrozole 2.5. On the 13th day of my cycle I went for tracking which it was discovered I had a matured follicle on my right ovary. After dat I did not see my period though my cycle is unpredictable. Until last week Thursday I started seeing a brown discharge when I wiped till now, though I took progesterone tablet after I thought I might have ovulated . I hv done pregnancy test and it came out negative. I am 40. Should I induce the period or wait? I'm afraid may be I am going to perimenopause. Pls help or contact person or person who knows somebody that will help. Married in May 2019, got pregnant in November, miscarried January last year, then since then nothing has happened.

The brown discharge may be implantation bleeding or even ovulation bleeding. Was it a blood test you did? Did you do a scan? Whats your normal cycle length? You are currently on CD44, is your cycle usually this long?.
Don't induce yet pls.

Don't induce yet and don't stop the progesterone until you have done beta hcg, I will say give it another 2weeks and definitely see your Dr

And I don't think you are going into perimenopause, may just be your system reacting to the hormones/medication. Do you have PCOS or hormonal imbalance?

I normally had between 26 and 29 days cycle. I did hormonal essay and it was discovered that my progesterone is low and the prolactin is high. My doctor gave bromocriptine for three cycles, then I was given duphaston in August which made my cycle to go up to 2 months. I was told it was because of the drug. And in October, it was 29 days.
