See, there are some kind of medical issues people have here in naija, one just lives with it either as kalukalu ie if it kills the person, or the person lives. Most end up not knowing they had it.
My bro in the US tells me there are certain test you must do paid for by government or your insurance at certain age in life. Doing those test will tell you if you have or might likely have certain issue like that stated above.
In other words, that colonscopies might not be unusual at certain age. Eg most men have enlarged prostrate and must check from age 40 upwards.
