Hello Nairalanders and Car Gurus, My friend needs to buy his official first car direct Belgium as in tokumbo Toyota Corolla but he is wondering if there is much difference between 2004 to 2006 please which one is best between the 2004-2006 toyota corolla? And also LE, CE, ALTIS which is the best edition? as it's for his personal use and how much is the current price now?
What are thing's he should look out for too when buying the car?

There’s not much difference between both bro.. Basically the same apart from the interior

The LE is basic.. More rugged more effective and slightly cheaper, the SE is more efficient and a bit more expensive

OK thank you Chief that's to say he can as well buy the 2003 model since they are all the same as he is bent on saving cost.

By all means.... If he’s preference is on low cost then it’s the 2003. It’s more boring though, you’d be planning to change it in 2yrs. By the way, I deal cars... I am an agent, I refer or help buy and deliver cars to my clients all over Nigeria, I also import. My affiliate dealer partners are over 150 in Lagos, Benin city, Enugu and Warri. Thank you

2005 upwards, better key security. Altis if you can find one that is direct LHD not converted.

CE, LE and sport have minute differences in 03 to 07 nah 08 trim difference dey.

CE is kpangolo edition manual windows,

LE sometimes has 6 CD changer with auto windows and minor wood grain.

Sport just added outward appeal to the vehicle it doesn't mean it is faster than CE or LE

I don’t see why anyone would like to buy the CE trim unless it’s strictly for business as the difference in price with LE is minute... That’s why I said LE is the basic. When we reply to comments let’s give valuable and reasonable advice and not just talk to sake of argument ...

The locality you reside and knowing where to pack security wise helps also.
