I use Mobil Xhp, i buy the original at Mobil filling station not through any unknown partners/sellers. It’s always available never going out of stuck or waiting for months to buy.
I service every 2,500 miles and my car doesn’t short oil.
If I don’t drive on ehailing I service every 3,000 miles.

I bought My car Grade A tokunbo with 58,000 miles.

Hmmmm feels so good to brag about this my low mileage Camry grin

Sorry, to your question
I use Mobil xhp and it last till next servicing guess my car never old to need toppings.
Have you tried Mobil xhp before ?

Please how much is the oil from Mobil filling stations?

Guys,

Please a quick question.

Just wana clarify, who's responsible for toll fee? Rider or Transporter?

I was at Ikeja Shoprite yesterday. I didnt realise that on Saturday n Sunday, a flat fee of 200naira is meant to be paid. Initially thought the first hour is always free.

Also, took a rider to local airport and passed through the toll via Ajao estate. Paid 200naira as well.

How do you guys handle please?

The rider that you dropped at ICM pays the parking fee, or he/she drops by the gate. The person you're picking up at ICM isn't meant to pay, cos he/she might have paid for the 1st driver that dropped him/her.

At Airport toll, you pay. The app automatically adds it to the rider's fare.

But if on Indriver, you can beg the rider to pay, though it's not the rider's responsibility. Cos whenever a trips comes in on Indriver, it avoids toll gates. So if you chose to pass through the toll gate and not follow the route the app suggested, it becomes your duty to pay.

About the ICM ride, this is noted.

I just checked the ride details that I took to the airport. There was no toll fee mehn. Wonder what went wrong.

For The AC gas go for American Freon from Dru23, he should still have in stock. It’s better for your American car

My Mecho buys the WS from reliable source according to him if I buy fake it will damage my gear so he does the buying.
But ask dru23 too if he has “in stock “ the guy sells original yankee parts but make sure it’s in stock in Lagos Nigeria.

When you end the trip, before confirming price...you will see the information that the price includes toll fee, probably you didn't pay attention to that (Airport toll fee o). After you confirm, unlike before the breakdown doesn't show the airport fee breakdown analysis....

When next you end a trip that involves the Airport toll, check the price info after your swipe end trip before you confirm price, you will see the info

I will advise you to fix the vibrations first before other things start falling apart as a result. You can still manage your weak compressor to hustle morning and evening, and also some rare cold afternoons.
Make sure each little fix is a fix that will last long, this way little by little you will put your car back in pristine condition

Good looking out bro, thanks a lot!

I think I will start with the mounts as you said, i am already planning to go to Elizade this week as I have saved enough.

My hustle hours have really changed. I now work 6:30-9:30a.m and 5pm-9pm.

Sunday like this with free road and my car is already incapacitated at 10:30a.m, chai!

My uncle also advised me to get any compressor from lawanson or Ladipo and manage for now.

God is our strength!

Haha!! You're truly a teal Vaseline crew... I see What you did there with the "orgasm" partgrin

Well, I feel your pain bro but have you tried to confirm if the mounts are ok? Get a mechanic to confirm that first.

Then get a good re-wire to reset your electrical system begin to factory setting and make the compressor wired appropriately... That you changed from auto to manual compressor doesn't mean you're compressor should be connected to the blower module for what na?

What model year is your car self...?

Automatic compressor no be here guy... You'll regret having it on your car if you don't have enough money because you can't repair any component of an auto compressor. It doesn't accept just any type of gas, if the pressure it's being filled is too high it will go bad, if you use the wrong gas forget it, if the clutch, pully, or any other component goes bad it done for it. Unlike the manual type that can be repaired, rugged and can accept abuse. So for your own good don't even think of it. New one for auto compressor is above 120k. I have never heard people buying tokunbo because once e spoil which is 99% likely your money don go be that.

First, get a competent electrician to look into the car before making any decision.

Good luck!

Exactly, there is no reason why my compressor should be wired to my blower.

I did some digging around and found the electrical drawings for my car.

After some testing, I found out that my trinary pressure switch is bad, hence the computer doesn’t allow the compressor to receive 12volts or a pulsed voltage. Measuring the voltage at the ac compressor wires, I see only 2.5 volts.

So at least I know I need a new pressure switch, so that any compressor I get will be powered on by the ac switch.

I thought the reason auto compressors fail is cause most people either don’t flush the system before install or they let the gas leak out completely. I heard those compressors need oil running through them at all times.

Anyways, this week is the week of repairs by Gods grace. I have already been saving little 2-3k per day for car repairs and I am pulling the trigger this week.

I had made an emotional post that indriver caters for the segment that can not afford the cost of uber or bolt... I am now beginning to have a serious rethink.

After getting fed up of waiting for a trip on uber, I decided to accept a trip on indriver with their botom rock price that took me to ikeja.

When the trip ended, the lady said she had transferred the money, this is indrive not moving an inch until I see a credit alert on my phone or credit bal on my bank app.

The lady said oga, don't you trust me, she now gave me her phone, I saw the debt alert, but her account balance of close to N1m left me wondering why she did not just order uber or bolt.

So there are a lot of passengers out there who just want to pay next to nothing.

Now I understand why people here say they don’t chase bonuses.

Their bonuses are getting harder and harder to get, almost like advancing in a game closer to the “boss” stage.

2 stars.

Just ended a trip on indriver about 11pm..
I gave the lady promptly 5 stars...
Something just told me to watch her phone closely, she dropped 2 stars and another page came up and she quickly clicked one of the boxes.

Me: sister I gave you 5 stars, why did you rate me 2 stars
Rider: I am sorry sir, it was a mistake
Me: Do you know what it takes to work this late at night, it also took me more than 20 minutes mins to arrive at your pickup point...
Rider: sir I am sorry, I am sorry
She quickly exited the car.
In my mind you also made a mistake in ticking the boxes for the reason for the 2 stars.

Ps .I an rated 4.9 plus on uber , when fully active on bolt 4.95
