I passed all these and yet I v not been paid. It's tiring bro.
I mailed them when you said we should mail them, called the two nos and wasted a lot airtime and will call for over 30 mins, the call ll just end abruptly with over N500 airtime wasted. I was even directed to the accountant general of my state as if he/she's the one incharge of npower payment.
Now, I v supplied my info on the Facebook page that was provided. In all, it's not all that v not received September payment that made the mistake themselves.

NPOWER will pay you when they have the money. Right now, they need to buy as much time as possible by telling you to supply your personal account information on Facebook. Lol.


You think NPOWER don't know that you've not been paid? And you think they can't pay you if they want to? Somehow ,you also believe that over 50% of the people made mistake on their portal?

I v reasoned it just as you v put it. It's well with this country.

My phone was stolen, and the thieves hacked my Gmail account, including resetting my Npower log in password. Now I can't access my dashboard plus Npower customer's agents are not taking calls or replying several mails I've sent to them.
I have not been paid, and I think the frauds may have messed with my Npower account.
