Indeed they are sophisticated, composed and grin ..didn't you read the part @dailyparrot said it is a male uber account. Definitely, the guy booked the ride for her.

I had made an emotional post that indriver caters for the segment that can not afford the cost of uber or bolt... I am now beginning to have a serious rethink.

After getting fed up of waiting for a trip on uber, I decided to accept a trip on indriver with their botom rock price that took me to ikeja.

When the trip ended, the lady said she had transferred the money, this is indrive not moving an inch until I see a credit alert on my phone or credit bal on my bank app.

The lady said oga, don't you trust me, she now gave me her phone, I saw the debt alert, but her account balance of close to N1m left me wondering why she did not just order uber or bolt.

So there are a lot of passengers out there who just want to pay next to nothing.

Lol....the money fit no be her own now grin
No doubt, a whole lot of riders (seems) to have moved on to indriver, due to harsh economic realities. If you took cognisance on ride request, you keep noticing "new user's"

I told her I'm calling from uber and that she should pay for the services rendered. She said she knows she's owing you and she will pay, but that you sent people to be calling her and insulting her.

I wanted to first talk like a gentle man and see if she will cooperate.

Have you sent her your acct details @ Dailyparrot

I doubt Uber said this to you.
When I still drove on Uber, they will pay u with Jara ontop and apologies sef.
They will add the unpaid money to d Rider's account, to be charged at their next trip, which was good because some people genuinely and understandably don't have money at that moment but they have to make d trip, although, they are willing and can pay later.
I know things have changed but that reply is unbelievable.

This is the response I got when I reported.

I have reported already and they said there's nothing they can do.

I said she promised to transfer... Maybe, that's where I erred. I don't know they don't attend to transfer scams

Transfer is not a method a payment, is either cash or Card... Next time maintain between the two

Lolz...That's their way of telling u make sure u collect ur money, if u don't u r on ur own. But that doesn't mean u will take laws into ur hands or resort to violence cos if the news gets to them they will block u straight up.
But this is a shame on the part of Uber. No class again, it's sad.
Later now they will say I am Bolt agent, when we are speaking d obvious, clear and apparent truth. When Bolt wasn't trying we were enjoying and praising Uber, now Bolt has improved while Uber is retrogressing.

Was it because he mentioned transfer that's why they gave him that response?
What if he said Rider paid only N1,500 out of the total fare because that's what she could afford, what do u think the response would have been??

For me, I think they should even compensate when u are deceived or scammed because u trusted and respected the rider.
If it's a case of you letting Rider go because they didn't have enough cash, then coming to complain to Uber. I can even understand that they tell u they can't help u cos u used ur church mind to let them go.
In any case it's very unprofessional for them to tell us we are solely responsible for collection of fares. When they have taken commission of the fare already.

Your rating reach 8 point? shocked
Dailyparrot:

Bolt is better in that aspect now than Uber, trust me.

I ended a trip and the fair was 3300. The rider gave me 3000 and refused to pay me the remaining 300.

I have decided to let go not until I saw my rating dropped from 7.8 to 6.8. What happened? Rider asked me to beat the traffic light because others were doing so at Ikorodu but I refused since the traffic light was working very well. So, they felt I wasted their time and then decided to withhold my 300 and give me one star.

I can't lose both ways, so I reported underpayment to Bolt and was compensated with 1650.

For those that don't know. The traffic lights at Ikorodu have cameras installed. You may not see any warden there, but your car is being captured.

2 Mondays ago.

I was at olowora, magodo phase 1.
Request came in on Bolt 1.7 going to Alausa. Sharply I grin doubled down to PU. Picked madam we start journey

Along the line, madam phone rang.

Caller (new driver) : you requested for a ride
Madam: I have left, I got another ride.

Madam explain to me that she booked Uber. Uber man no gree go cos of traffic (if you are aware of the traffic around berger /olowora axis on Monday esp in dmorning. L)
I chook head grin cos it was on a 1.7 surge, traffic is not my worry.

My point is. Bolt was bullish in pricing, instead of losing a client, they still hijacked a rider from Uber. ( she noted Uber was more cheaper, but Bolt gets the job done in quick time)

The Uber driver cudnt embark on the trip cos it was a normal trip wtout surge. He later canceled and the trip went to the new driver that called.
I was ready to go cos it was on a 1.7, grin ( in fact trip ended around ₦3 500 or so). We spent over 1 hr 50 mins getting to Alausa.

My point: there are days in the week to be bullish and there are days to go on a bear mode.

CheerfulGiver:
Okay...

In simple terms, I'll explain why I took a rest. I set a 1 million naira a month personal target For my self because that was the next target I had not broken.

I have broken:

400k target.
500k target.
600k target.
700k target.
800k target.
900k target.

I needed more. Just for fun. Not that I have to. So naturally, my next target is 1,000,000. Again, it's just for fun, because for the past 5 months, May to September, I have grossed on Bolt alone, a total of 3,816,249 ngn.

I have netted a total of 3,084,932 ngn in 5 months. Which translates to 616,986 a month... That's why when people try to argue that a 200k monthly salary with perks is better than driving, I just laugh.

Now, do I need to encourage anyone to do as I do? No I don't. Because for a certainty, not everyone sets crazy personal target like I do. But what I know can be achievable by anyone is the ability to gross over 100k a week, which is about 80k net which is why I ask everyone who cannot gross 100k a week to mail me, and every salary earner below 200k to resign. Because when you get the hang of it, you can set crazy targets.

Only on this thread, can an individual make 3,084,932 in 150 days, but is being mocked for taking a 2 week rest... But I really don't care.

They can go to blazes, and burn to ashes.
chief good morning. I tried sending you a mail but still said i should try here. Please i need ur pointers on grossing figures on bolt like you do. I’m not a lazy driver and i know a lot can be made but somehow i do not hit those kind of figures you do. I need help please.
