Miracle centres will never give you 9 straight As because they know you won't be able to defend it, and they will end up getting probed for it. The most they normally do is 3 to 4 As, 2 Bs and rest Cs. Don't ask me how I know.

In Nigeria it's possible to attend secondary in a different state while you are from another state. You are aware of that right?
