You won't see reports of Russian fraud or us fraud or Chinese fraud in Nigerian media because it won't be of much interest to a Nigerian audience

Read US media for example. Most of the fraud reports there are of their own citizens. Nigerian fraud barely gets a mention. Eastern Europe based frauds get more and more mentions there than Nigerian fraud
