As parting gifts to 5000 IDPs leaving camp of refuge in damboa; 100k, 5liters of cooking oil, cartons of spaghetti, were given to each house hold by zulum. Married women whose husbands got 100k also got N50,000 extra and Bags of 25kg rice each. Prof. Zulum is performing wonders all from the little allocation. One begs to ask a very good question. What are rivers, dealta, imo and abia government doing with their allocation
