TheGift:. ...but word of mouth without facts that people died without facts, without proof, without dead bodies and identification was enough for you? And asking you to show proof is not being defensive, it's common sentence and what logical people ask. |

At page 288 paragraph (M), the Panel crucially held “The evidence of the pathologist Prof Obafunwa that only 3 of the bodies that they conducted post mortem examination on were from Lekki and only one had Gunshot injury and this was not debunked. We deem it credible as the contrary was not presented before the panel.” However, in a complete turnaround from the above finding at page 288 paragraph M, the same Panel went on to find that more (9) people died of gunshots wounds than what the pathologist who conducted autopsies on all the bodies picked up during the entire endsars protest said. This is despite the Panel saying that there was no contrary evidence to that of Prof Obafunwa before it. So page 288 paragraphs O and P are contradictory to the finding at page 288 paragraph M.How did the panel in the same report strongly believed and deemed it credible that only 3 of the bodies that they conducted postmortem examination on were from Lekki and only one had Gunshot injury and still went on to 9 dead people based on words of mouth that was never testified to before the panel. You see why this dubious panel and their report are getting trashed. Inconsistencies, misrepresentations, illogical contradictions and absurdities all over. |

plaindealer:A government constituted panel sat to hear evidence of witnesses (what you call “word of mouth”) and examine other proofs presented and drew its conclusion. Another government official is being defensive because it contradicts His own opinion. Have you read the report to conclude that there is no proof? Or all you read was Lai’s attempt at rubbishing it. |

peggywebbs:All that is happening because Nigeria is a broken system. A corrupt system that fails justice and equity. In a just society, the Lagos governor and those who sent the soldiers to that gathering should be behind bars now. |

Do t worry one day the evil you support will get to your doorstep, by then we will know if u will keep defending then or not. Enjoy the glorious change your baba brought to the nation |

Whether they accept the report or not or choose to despicably cocoon themselves in denial of that dastardly act of crime against the Nigerian people, #LekkiMassacre has opened their eyes and hearts of Nigerians to talk back to their irresponsible and insensitive governments across board, to challenge handed-down notions of unquestioned subservience, the romantic ideal that passive resistance or quiescence will bring equity. They're only buying time, postponing the day of evil, of reckoning. Nigerians are getting radicalised, gearing up for the moment when they'll turn against their government. And, the precipitate of that action, which will be very direct, is the ongoing deprivation in society, highlight ed by the yawning gap between the rich and the poor, between those who have too much to eat and those, who don't even know where the first meal of the day will come from.It will get to that stage In the meantime, it's a slow burn for hungry and angry Nigerians. |

plaindealer:You read over 200 plus pages of a document. Interesting and this is the leaked one. The real one hasn't come out yet. Very interesting. How many normal people will sit down to read over 200 pages of a report? And then go back and be identifying inconsistencies in the report. You have exposed yourself. Greet your handlers. Let them change their game plan. |

ba7man:But those "logical people" were too daft to ask why the soldiers first denied being present only to change narratives later. Those "logical people" lost their senses and didn't wonder why the cameras at Lekki tollgate were switched off around the time of the shooting. |

iwaeda:The same endsars liar admitted on live TV that his rubbish report was full of errors, so what do you and your kind get from defending lies and errors? How did the man injured in Shomolo on a different day end up being injured at the tollgate per the lying panel's abracadabra lying report? |

NaijirianKing:The parents I told you about are a proof. Their Children went to lekki and they've been there with protesters from day one . One of them was a journalist under internship and had been recording events from day one. Don't worry we have enough video and pictorial evidence. We're only choosing our words carefully at this stage, to avoid being attacked by the government of the day cos their dogs are everywhere. As you can see , one of the panel members was attacked openly and lying critically ill as we speak. so, they're that desperate. When the right time comes we shall meet in court . Mind you, if you know Lai Muhamed, tell him to choose his words carefully because he might end up at the Hague. The CNN he's been attacking aren't stupid. FYI, I was at kekki myself and very active. CNN was visibly seen with their drones covering events from day one they had copies of all the events from when the military came and left. We invited a couple of foreign media as well so we were so organised. Those bodies taken away by the military was the reason Lai was insisting that no massacre took place. The military must produce them by fire by force else they'd know that nobody is above the law in the world criminal court. They should learn from world leaders who are eating beans in prison today. Justice will be served , I promise you this. Just calm down. There's no need to argue over anything. Just what as events unfold. |

We didn’t hear from Lagos govt again -Family of 23-year-old #ENDSARS shooting amputeeThis man was never at the tollgate, but the #LEKKILIESPANEL magically took him to be injured all over again in their lying report.. If Nigeria be America or any serious country, den go don arrest the lying panel clowns for perjury and lying under oath, but this is Nigeria where anything goes.

esnbrutality:a panel that was working from answer to question. The questions being asked by Nigerians are logical and valid. We all know that when you ask slowpokes questions beyond their capacity they result to insults like calling someone a druggie. If actually people really died in LTG it would have been very easy to defend but since it is full of cover-ups, lies and halt measures, the little credibility the panel has is now in pieces of shit. |
