So tell him and emphasis that the length must be accurate and if there are lesser ones, the difference should not be more than 2ft. Anything beyond that should be unacceptable. The guy is a nice guy. After over a year consistently on this thread, i will be patronising a vendor from this thread... I have always been avoiding that due to the numerous, not too palatable issues in the past but i will buy wood and other accessories worth a million naira from hslbroker2....
He has promise to do POD... I have promise to pay him IMMEDIATELY.... My carpenter and Engr will received the truck, count the wood, ensure it's okay and they will signal me to pay... Hslbroker2 has ASSURED me that what he's bringing will be of utmost quality, not MIX, exact specification and i will be happy with it... I will come here to give feedback... If this goes through, then i will consider this thread for my window/door/plumbing etc... It's my little way of saying, Thank you to the thread and the MEN here, i always receive valuable info.

I did mine POD too with him (@hslbroker2) and I never had to worry about anything.

The only issue I have is my carpenter has been mad that I didn’t allow him to see the supplier because he want to tell him all his woods are bad

Good design, good flow. Just a Little thought, why not extend the wall between the visitors toilet and the kitchen to meet the step so as to serve as a buffer/divider from seeing all through to the rooms lobby from the lounge And you might consider roller/sliding gate too.

Yes! This is metal slat wall. I’m adding a pergola shade and some interesting features to the walls soon.

Picked some floral and lights for the wall and ceiling

I like the flow. It is a half-decent plan and very fit for purpose.

However, if na me, I will introduce a wall behind the settee so that visitors don't step right into the lounge with their muddy feet on a rainy day. There should be a FOYER (entrance hall), so visitors first step into the entrance hall and then negotiate their way into the lounge. From the look of things, introducing a wall behind the settee MAY cramp the lounge. I think the architect had this in mind.

But this is just me and how I live. I hate visitors stepping straight into my living room from the entrance door. Every home should have a hallway, or foyer or vestibule, or whatever you want to call it.

The site plan is not gonna work alongside the parking.
That parking area will never work.
Your architect needs to understand the concept of turning radius.
If you use a sliding gate, the vehicle will forcefully go in, but coming might be almost impossible.
The distance btw the fence and the building is not wide enough.
