Lot of talk about Dessers, Awoniyi, Onuachu, but little or nothing said about Bonaventure Dennis.

He is performing just as well maybe even better than Osimhen , KC, Awoniyi, etc

Add to that he is playing in the best and most competitive league in the world
.

So why is Dennis the forgotten man.

Dennis is not a forgotten man here

Not the peoples favorite here but many of us here always talk about him and he can’t be a forgotten man here ,about 80 percent of people here want him to be at the eagles starting 11

This footage of Ronaldo is one of the best things I've ever seen him do.

Also Juan Cuadrado telling him to lead by example is legendary.

When he cried at full time, you know this guy loves the game.

Exactly Dennis has been spoken of highly since his performances in the EPL caught the eye.

His exclusion from the SE of recent wasn't football related I think.

Where?

NFF debunks Eagles sex party scandal

’Tosin Oluwalowo
24 November 2021

The Nigeria Football Federation has debunked the allegations that some Super Eagles players were involved in a sex party before their 2022 World Cup qualifier against Cape Verde in Lagos on November 16.

The Eagles could only manage a 1-1 draw against Cape Verde, which drew the ire of fans despite being enough to qualify them for the playoffs.

The team’s lacklustre performance has been the major reason for the moves by the NFF to relieve coach Gernot Rohr of his job and appoint a new coach for the team before the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations starting in Egypt next January.

News however broke out on social media on Monday that Rohr had wanted to drop three players from the team after they had broken camp rules before the game.

The report however said the coach was prevailed upon by NFF President, Amaju Pinnick, which made him start two of the three players.

The reports revealed the three players who allegedly organised the sex party as Leicester City forward, Kelechi Iheanacho, Alanyaspor defender, Chidozie Awaziem and Leganes defender, Kenneth Omeruo.

When our correspondent contacted NFF Director of Communications, Ademola Olajire, he denied that anything of such ever happened.

“The NFF has no comment, they can write whatever they want to write because it didn’t happen,” Olajire told The PUNCH.

He alleged that the story was planted to force Omeruo out of the Eagles.

“Omeruo is not happy about the news accusing him of being involved. He feels it’s coming from those who want him out of the Eagles by force,” our source said.

Wish I could like your post a hundred times. Talent is never enough. To be world or top class in this game requires years of hardwork, dedication and discipline.

Like you rightly said when we quickly go for foreign born talents it's not because we have some oyinbo complex but we recognize that they have been brought up with the right football education and they will most likely improve their game. Many of our locally produced talents need to be ambitious and push on to succeed. Not leaving a flashy lifestyle when you are nothing in football terms.

Guys like Osimhen and Awoniyi have good work ethic that's why they are doing well. Dennis too has put his head down lately hope he continues working hard and improving his game.

Kelechi really needs to get serious. If only he appreciates how good he can be then he wouldn't be doing all this childish s**t.

What is it and this your KC agenda? How many people have been hyping him of late?

Please also reduce this your selective posts that only show up when a player is going through a bad patch but disappear when said player is doing well.

Those running our football run it like its some street team in iyana ipaja.

How did they arrive at those comments from Omeruo, yet debunk the sex party by saying 'they can write whatever they can write'?

So Omeruo had a person comment that they felt should be passed across asap but when Balogun complained about bad admin, he was crucified. grin grin grin

This football space needs a total wipe out. Even Luxembourg are not this silly with comments in the heat of denials. Olajire Should do better next time abeg.

In a bid to clear the air, more dust about how things are run refills the cleared air. grin

I don't think they have improved that much at leastnor personel wise. The coaching might be the difference but like u said the level of competition wasn't the best either. We will have to see more before we can conclude if the have improved or not. As of now my answer is no because it would be hard for me to say they have a winger better than Anayo Iwuala.

With due respect Sir, Nobody has disrespected Victor Moses. The people shouting disrespect are the ones shoving Victor Moses's disrespect to our faces, painting disrespect where it was not.

if there are posts made on this thread containing disrespect for Victor Moses, i will like to be notified of them.

Is Victor Moses better than what we boast of in wide positions, has been the topic of debate in recent times and this is no where a disrespect, but an honest appraisal of his skills.

Victor Moses thrives well as a wingback in 3-5-2, 3-4-3 tactical setup, but will be less productive as a wing forward in 4-3-3, 4-2-3-1 formation, the later is where our present wing forwards clearly beats him.

It will not be right if we continue to push sentiments.

Thought as much.

Besides the infrastructure is an eyesore. They should be renovating, expanding or moving to a new stadium like their Everton, Tottenham did. Its high time. At least they should target something like this(all blue) before the next 3Olympics come.

Before someone comes to overhype OUK. grin

Lemme guess, Anayo will be in Europe by end of WC. Replacement no even ready yet.

Cus I really don't see the correlation between Dennis and Onyeka who obviously play different positions and the demand for new addition in each position based on individual skillet is different...

allow me to be hilarious a bit, but VicMo disrespect on this thread heighten at the mention of him getting a potential call up to the GWG. Its disgusting Seeing the disdain and low cheap insult, analysis on his pattern of play cos of recency bias.

Like many even said his 2013 exploits were average at best. Haba!!

I don't want to know what ever he played at Chelsea or inter, etc. All that concerns me is the GWG, and in the colors, he was brilliant when the whole team were dozing, especially in comparison to the current wingers in the team.

If nobody wants his return, no p. But to analyze his games for GWG like he was some uchebo flavour or agbim is too low.

Moses club career stats read 430 games, 54 goals and 56 assists...

Compare it with..

Simon- 276 games, 55 goals and 49 assists

Iwobi- 282 games, 37 goals and 39 assists

Chukwueze - 148 games, 22 goals and 19 assists

Onyekuru- 181 games, 63 goals and 26 assists

Dennis- 165 games, 40 goals and 20 assists...

Do the maths, you will see who has better goal+ assists to game ratio...

Moses as a winger is nowhere more productive than the current wingers we have... Like I said, be enjoyed a free role under Rohr...When we needed him most at the world cup, where was he? falling all over the place...
Personally I was disappointed in Moses at the WC
