Danielnino00:oh, c'mon Daniel, this is not about positions now. Its about praises for weekly performance. That's the point. Not about positions. Someone used the excuse of coming to Epl just this season, thus me bringing in Onyeka too, to counter that excuse. There, you have it. The correlation!! Oh, yes i do keep count in a way. This won't have happened if Nerdie weekly match day analysis on Nigeria players was still ongoing though. I'm sure Dennis would have gotten his mention from there. Outside that its an all time low. Sincerely. |

lakesidepapa: If we can't hype our players, then who should do that? Who should we hype? What will be the essence of this thread? What will be the essence of us supporting the super eagles? 12 Likes 1 Share |

andrewbaba44: I don't doubt it. Why i even hate it more is that come next 6years, they might do exactly what they're doing to VicMo, to Osimhen, Ndidi or Iwobi, Nacho. That's what irks me bad. |

Some days back, somebody complained that Awoniyi wasn't getting enough mention on this thread like Osimhen.. Today, the complaint is that Dennis isn't getting enough mention like Awoniyi.... What kind of agenda is that? A display of foolery if you ask me... 12 Likes 1 Share |

daveP: First of all the journalist is not part of the nff. Plus a journalist will always have different sources na. He might know someone in the player's camp. As for the they can write whatever comment I will have to put that on lack of training when it comes to speaking to the media. That is just how we Nigerians talk, we will say "I no go talk again" then proceed to talk more 2 Likes |

daveP: You don't know what you are saying... Dennis has been mentioned here even long before some of us knew about Onyeka... You are definitely not keeping count of anything... Scroll down and check the comments here from Saturday when both Dennis and Onyeka scored.. I don't understand you guys... On one part, some of you complain that we overhype our players... On the other hand, some complain of favoritism..And when you go ahead and point out a player flaw,it is termed disrespect and hate! You guys are wonderful! 3 Likes |

daveP: Dem get Everton and Tottenham money? Norwich is using a stadium built in the 30s and all they do is renovate. It's like wanting a ferrari when u can only afford to maintain an Honda. Anayo dey chop him bucks and I can't blame him. Let's see what happens in the future but Tunisia doesn't sell players fast normally. 1 Like |

A centre back pairing of Akpoguma and Bassey is not bad with zaidu/collins/aina and Awaziem/ Ebuehi on the left/right back positions. Balogun/ Ekong as back up. 7 Likes |

chrisooblog: Well said Brother I love and crave for excellence so much Just believe anything worth doing should be done with all seriousness and desire to be the best in that field I wonder how Nacho feels seeing oshimen commanding the No. 9 shirt for club and country when in very essence He is even more gifted than the lad when it comes to scoring goals and assisting The only hope we have from this home groomed players are those that jet out from our academics at least they still have age on their side with bit of discipline and dedication they can rise up and be among the best like Dennis, oshimen, awoniyi, Ndidi even Onyeka etc Taking players from NPFL barely favour us in the long run though many will mention etebo and Sunday odey but this guys are barely cutting it in advanced leagues 1 Like |

chrisooblog: Your creating a narrative from your own imagination. I've been giving KC constructive criticism for year's same goes for Awoniyi who I've seen several times and I am only now talking about Dennis because in the HERE and NOW he is performing excellently. Furthermore, he's come in with low expectations nothing great was expected from him. But he has exceeded all EXPECTATIONS. Compare him to the " Waste Man" hyped to the high heavens and could not even get into first gear at Watford. |

jihday: Jihday o. Epl Epl!!! Since the last 8weeks. Is my angle this hard to grab. Since both arrived at EPL, Onyeka has gotten more mentions on this thread than Dennis! I brought in Onyeka because someone was saying he just arrived Epl. He doesn't need be spoken of like Osimhen(almost everyone here, numbering about 90% of us, mention osimhen). Since its performance based, then he's not been talk about. And that's is why i inserted that Adeyemi is even mentioned more on this thread than Dennis is, since season began. If you don't gerrit, let's forget about it. 2 Likes |
