Very funny! In US, UK etc, do you have to present your security number before you're served in a restaurant?

NIN should be the only number for complete data on a person and should be used for employment, taxation, licensing, passport matters, participation in elections, banking, property renting, businesses, etc. It can help to know who is who where, when, how and for what. Is it lack of NIN that has prevented Nigerian police from making things difficult for criminals?

So d police have all the info of criminals in their head so that by checking your NIN in a restaurant, u are quickly identified. Or "criminal" is written against your NIN card?
