Just go to police, report it as stolen and just focus on buying another. If you don't report it whoever took it could use it for fraud and you could be implicated in the crimes.

Do you have mi account on it and is find my phone on? If yes you can track your phone by logging mi account on any device login your details and track the phone if it's on..if the phone is off and your mi account is activated the person cannot use the phone even if they flash it, unless you have unlock your boatloader..

Anyways theres nothing that is not hackable, but have Google it still no true ways if removing or bypassing mi account lock
