Jonathan pushed Odili and forced the SE slot on her instead of SS.
He also pushed Nweze and Ngwuta.....All SE judges were pushed in by Jona. So he did well for the SE.

Justice Odili is representing South South despite the fact that she is from Imo State.

You are wrong.....She took the SE slot.

I remember Ngige then of the Action Congress in the Senate Chambers fought against it but David Mark said only Senators from the host State (Imo) can counter it....all Imo Senators at the time concurred with her nomination and that was it.

Agbo isn't sealed....He is from Enugu and the only SE SC judge asides Odili, Nweze is also from Enugu.

Festus Obande Ogbuinya is from Ebonyi (Umahi might force him in).

Nwaoma Uwa is from Abia (She does have seniors, Nwosu-Iheme & Uzoamaka Ndukwe-Anyanwu(most senior SE judge after Agbo) but Nwosu-Iheme will be forced out because of her rship with the Odilis and again she is from Imo, same as Odili who is leaving.... Ndukwe-Anyanwu is from Anambra. I want an Abian to get it.

I am talking about SE.
Obande ogbuinya doesn't sounds igbotic na,its delta edo.anyway, ebonyi people like bearing non igbotic names

The supreme court needs him esp for his unique writing style and grammar plus any judge from anambra/abia

He does write very well. His judgements are explicitly direct.

He took the lead judgement in ANDP v Diri
He was the dissenter in the election that brought in Bello.

He is in his late 50s.

Mary odili will retire next year by may.after her, next in line is kayode ariwoola who will retire in 2024 but has a terminal illness.next in line will be musa dattijo who will retire in Oct,2023.once he retires, justice kudirat kekere ekun the best judge in my estimation will take over.she retires in 2028.

It therefore means that tanko will be succeeded by ariwoola when he retires in DEC,2023 and rule a few months til august 2024 before kekere ekun takes over till 2028.she's from lagos state and will be the first Yoruba to assume that post since the 1980s.she will be the second woman to be cjn

Justice Kayode ariwoola will be the nxt CJN (he was sick but fine now) and he will retire in August 2028 , your kudirat kekere-ekun will retire in July 2028

So she might not make it as CJN ....she will definately end up as the second most senior justice of the SC and deputy chairmain of NJC just like mary odili

In those days, they usually commence schooling late na.if he finished pri SCH in 1967,he couldn't have been born in 1958.he couldn't have started school at 3 years na.that 1954 is more probable
