Please I need clarification on this, can new POF be put in the principal account, for both spouse and dependents,in another bank different from the one she used for her own application.
N.B : the principal applicant has done biometrics, still awaiting visa mail and also the money is in another bank account different from the one used for her own visa application.

DMC; Decision making center while VAC ; visa application centre
So it’s clear to us now that their system has a fault.

Thanks but what I really want to know is the respective functions of each of the offices.

Rollitout:
The OMICRON variant virus has been detected in Nigeria and Canada has shut his border against 3 African countries and more countries to follow in the ban.
What is our faith as an intending student who wish to study in the UK?

I have the same thoughts this morning, however I read the uk has taken cautions but travel ban is currently not one of it.
Having faith that their level of caution will remain like that.

Hi everyone, please can anyone advise on doing a second masters in the uk. Basically I intend to study nursing following my recently concluded masters (management and international business) I just got an msc nursing admission and would like to know if I can apply from the uk bearing in mind the academic progression rule. The school needs me to prove academic progression before issuing cas or return to Nigeria and apply.

Has anyone ever been in this situation and got visa approved for another masters in a different field from the previous.

Please any tips ?

Having finished a level 7 course in the UK, there is no academic progression if you apply for another level 7 course while you are still in the UK. You will need either to return to Nigeria to apply for the Visa or you apply for a level 8 course which will allow you to apply for the Visa within the UK. It's a written rule and unlikely to be bent. You can Google it and check TSR(the student room) there are discussions on it there.

As the name implies decision making centre; your application is reviewed in this office and decision is made while visa application centre is where you had your biometric and that’s where you would pick up your passport when sent a collection mail

okay, Thanks.
Maybe the TLS tracking system has problem. I submitted application yesterday but today, it's showing that my application has been transferred to VAC. Meanwhile, my Biometrics is showing red in the TLS tracking site.
Also, the application I made is a standard Application, of which Decision should not have been concluded in one day.

Wow! Do you mean I should avoid University of Sunderland if I have any visa refusal from any country before? I am actually doing a pre-registration program there and only 4 schools do that in the UK of which their own tuition fees is the cheapest

I had a refusal once and they gave me admission. The school has no business with your immigration history. That is the Home offices' job.

Please, I need Explanations.
What's the meaning of DMC and VAC? What exactly are their functions?
I applied yesterday and noticed that my application has been transferred to VAC from DMC within a day. What does it mean?

Visa Application Center (VAC)
Decision-making Centre (DMC)

You had your biometric yesterday and it’s showing green on transferred to VAC... Clearly, there is a problem with their system

For me, my sister is the one funding my studies and I mentioned it during my credibility interview. They only said she should transfer the money to my account which she did. During the interview I also told them she would be paying my deposit directly from the US and they said it was ok. The deposit has been paid and I’m about getting my CAS.

I think you can mention that your relative is your sponsor but inform them that the money will be in your account.

Thanks bro.

@justwise and all the Gurus in the house please. My sister got this mail supposedly from UKVI with regards to her visa application as a dependant. She had used her husband bank statement and she is still being requested for bank statement in her name.....Kindly help out please!!!

In my own little knowledge, I think it's not being too long your spouce applied with the same account information, so just to confirm that there was no manipulation of process, they need the funds in your accounts. I guess just to confirm you weren't trying to beat the system. For other cases where the dependant applied long after the main applicant had gotten the visa, this wouldn't be asked. Secondly, they might be referring to the same account but need you to show that the money was there for the required period.

Absolutely wrong, my wife did same without leaving the UK, and got her visa swiftly.

You can do it, just show career progression, no issues at all.

Has anyone ever been in this situation and got visa approved for another masters in a different field from the previous.

There is no direct link to track the visa. All you need to do is login into your visa application page and it’s take you to further actions.. then you click on provide documentation and biometric and it’s takes you to TLS page if you have done your biometric and you would see track

Hi, just wondering have you got your CAS now? How many weeks after sending the telex?

Hello. Yes o. It took less than a week for them to send you a cas check email after sending the telex, which you will have to respond to on time by going through your details "carefully" and indicating if there are mistakes that needs to be corrected or not.
3 days after I responded to the cas check email , my portal was updated with my unconditional and CAS letter available.

Good morning all. Please I need urgent response to this justwise and all thanks so much for the help you give.

Please I early printed my account statement on the 25th. I printed from 26th October to 25th nov. BUt like i have read here that people should do their addition and subtraction to ensure the closing balance is correct. Based on that i noticed the plus and minus is short by the bank charges at the point of printing the statement. please, can i print the statement now from 25th October to 24th november today?

Anyone with any Input please.

Just asking out or curiousity and to be on the safe side.

So I applied on the 23rd of November (dependant visa) , scheduled for biometrics on monday. The POF I printed matured on the same 23rd of November but the last date on the statement is 24th of November (meaning I printed 29days), is this okay?
