Mmmmmm,it's easier said than done. When someone says I have been booked for C.S and you just answer"the most important thing is for you and baby to be fine" people of God,when it's you, you think of millions.
So I have been feeling this ball-like thing bulging out of my Vagina and a sweet mama here said I should read about batholine cyst. Getting to the clinic today,the gynecologist said it's cystitis and the bulging is from my bladder. He said nothing can be done now because of the pregnancy but some go back on their own while some don't. In conclusion,if mine doesn't go by next week which will be my 37th week,I will be booked for C.S to avoid pressure on it while pushing. So many things have been playing on my head since then. This is my third delivery and I have never gone through C.S or any major operation in my life. More so,we didn't plan for the expenses in case my HMO(HCI health international) doesn't cover.
Sorry for the rants pls. Am just confused.

It is well mama, don't worry, God will perfect everything. God is in control.

It's not a matter of mind ooo my sister. I was booked for induction the same day but God just used the Dr on duty to run some checks. Fetal distress was due to cord around the neck tightly knotted twice. I just thank God

hmmn... I have being going through dis since first trimester... It got worst second trimester, i cant sleep on one side without waking up with pains and numbness all over from down part of my body... Complained to my midwife, she said der is notin dey cn do abt it but to refer me for physio therapy and get mysef a pregnancy pillow but yet to be called for the physio therapy... The pregnancy pillow help me relieved frm d pains n mk me sleep better

Hello Sis, sorry for the pain, have you complained to your Dr?

Maybe you can try below yoga poses, if it will help ease the pain. I tried it when i was beginning to have round ligament pain and it really helped, plus most comments on the video said it helped ease alot pain, you can also read comments to see anything you can add.

Also if your mattress is too soft and you can switch to a firmer one pls try that, if too hard try a softer option. if you sit or stand for too long also try and make adjustments

I am starting this thread so we can discuss pregnancy and all the joys, anticipation, expectation and all aspects of this beautiful time in a woman's life.
At times pregnancy can be very difficult and may even become life threatening, when conditions such as pre-eclamsia,gestational diabetes, Incompetent cervix, PPROM etc.  So lets use this space to discuss all aspects of this process.

Nothing in relation to pregnancy is off limits, lets share our experience and support each other in a caring respectful way. Doctors can only give so much advice, but i know first hand peer support is equally important.

So lets start talking!

Below are a list of ladies that have included their delivery dates, lets keep them in mind by praying and meditating and sending them positive energy, I will update the list reguarly, just include the month you are due. I will also update once you confirmed you have delivered. This will allow ladies to see others that are due around the same time as themselves and perhaps you may find a pregnancy "buddy". Happy new month teamies! It's finally December!
Do you know what that means? It means we just have two more months before we start welcoming those bunnies in the oven.

How is the pushing ministry? This pregnancy is treating me well, except for that groin pain when I lay down, turning in bed, or sit for long. I fall asleep anywhere I see o.

My dear, your doctor will prescribe antibiotics for you but if its pregnancy package, it may not work... I had cough from 14 wks to 15 wks which started with chest pain to coming from my stomach back to my throat before landing on my ribs, I was just ingesting antibiotics and cough syrup prescribed by the doctor but it didn't work ooo until I bought original honey and mixed a spoon in little warm water which I drank and I was able to sleep. The honey helped reduce the cough to the barest minimum though it still pains on my right back rib which I read is normal. So, if your doctor prescribes antibiotics and its not working at all, you can try honey..

Some mothers experience nausea all through their pregnancy and some don't.

She can observe the foods that trigger throwing up and avoid them.

But I'd advice you visit your doctor, just in case of dehydration, exhaustion... just to be on the safer side.
