CODMOK:you are running away from the facts and figures. We scored 9 goals against lowly rated teams while our fellow big boys in soccer scored up to 25,that is why it is hard for US to forget Vicmo and Ighalo |

zuchyblink:Hold Rohr for that for fielding players who lack quality and out of form to score, create or assist goals. We have the players and technicalities but we don't have a coach who can play us to our strengths. That's Rohrs big L. With what we have only Moses would be a great addition not Ighalo. But the Moses we know selects games to play. Do you think it'd be any different now? |

I noticed that virtually every team in Europe now play hard rock metal pressing football for 90 mins. From Italy, Spain, to England, even Scotland, all balling with pressing attacking football. This is Why we are struggling. Too many emphasies on defence instead of attacking. We were even defending against C.A.R. CAR ![]() |

zuchyblink:Are you saying we don't have players who can cross and take corners in the team that Rohr has benched or not called? What do they do in training or what do you think when he invites carpenters. Who do you think designated Moses Simon to be taking corners and sending crosses that have not been goal bound in 2-3 years now. They camp for days and sometimes weeks and they dont train on set pieces and corner kicks? |

Since we have no AMs, let’s stop using AMs and play Liverpool style. 3 CMs, attack from wings. Aribo, Onyeka, Ndidi midfield trio. |

drDoom3:The most workable plan is to build the team, all of them as a whole, to be attack minded. Attack as a team, defend as a team. The Chelsea way. |

zuchyblink:1990? How many professionals did any African countries have playing abroad that they could have 50% foreign based players? At that time, it was 80% local, 20% foreign based. Do you know what football in 1990 looked like? Have you seen footages of matches played then? The pitches and all? In the whole of English football, how many foreign players were there? There's nothing to this argument. It's empty sentimental talk. Correlation does not mean causation. |
