The tragedy of Islamic Blasphemy allegations and punishment is that they typically circumvent the proper judicial process and appeal to emotions to execute mob lynching. I have never read about or come across a blaphemy allegation that survived thorough judicial process and scrutiny. Another sad reality is that when such allegations fail in the courts, clerics threaten defence lawyers and defendants and still advocate ways to kill the defendants outside of legal circles. The barbaric nature of the mindset driving such action is lost on the wicked actors.

More often than not, blasphemy allegations simply become tools for personal revenge and vendetta by Muslims against non-Muslims.
