Abeokuta is obviously more developed than Warri.

Abeokuta has more universities, polytechnics and colleges than Warri.

It has a more robust and developed real estate industry than Warri.

Abeokuta has a better infrastructures than Warri. Both in terms of hard and soft infrastructures.

Asaba is of course more developed than other cities in Ogun State except for Abeokuta.

Arepo is more developed than Oleh. Arepo is along Lagos Ibadan express way. Just right before Berger in Lagos.

Sango Ota is more developed than Agbor. Ota has the third largest concentration of industries in Nigeria and one of the best universities in Sub Sahara Africa. Economy iof Ota is more superior to that of Agbor.

Mowe-Ibafo is more developed than Sapele and it’s one of the fastest growing areas in Nigeria. This is where we have Redemption camp and other religious camps headquarters in Nigeria. There are two universities currently in Mowe.

Ughelli can’t stand beside Sagamu in terms of development. Sagamu is far more developed with many industries, universities, teaching hospital, real estates, golf course and sport facilities, hotels etc.

Ijebu-Ode is more developed than Sapele.
