Depends.

Most of the jihadists who have been accused actually had evidence...as in hard evidence

But then again, there are Muslims who are not accused of being jihadis when they commit similar crimes...eg one case in Germany involuing a Muslim lad who committed a mass stabbing. It came out almost immediately that he had mental issues, which was widely known in the area. No religious terror accusations.

Also, the US has a lot of terror activites over the years committed by all sorts of people....from anarchists, to other religions, and racists. The reason why you don't hear about them is because they are of more interest to a US audience.

The one that commited the crime is a minor and his parents will bare the course of the boy's actions. If u watch Judge Judy on dstv, u will know this.

They will be released as soon as it gets to trial. Anything criminal will set a precedence that will shake the root of America itself, American gun culture ain't changing anytime soon until important people start dying(politicians, celebrities etc).

The government also deserves to be charged with involuntary manslaughter too or for aiding gun related crimes. A country/government that operates on double standards. You make laws supporting "dogs" to roam the streets and later prosecute the owners for the dogs' attacks.....

How long will it take the government to make reasonable laws on gun control? There have been so many similar cases year in year out. These all are preventable incidents if the government had done the needful. Lives in America don't really matter......

I'm happy the parents are being reasonably charged as well. This will serve as deterrent to other reckless adults/parents. For me they are as guilty as their Good for nothing son. Seeing the mother's messages, she is 200% culpable
