Nakuru has taken great strides to reach its city status with lots of investment on infrastructure in and around the city. I still feel it's a big town at the moment but with all the infrastructural projects set to be completed within the next ten years Nakuru is set to be a proper city.

I thought shma was from Nakuru .....Sure with the right policies and right governance Eldoret has great potential too. From agriculture to sports tourism Eldoret has so much to offer.

Me too, I went to high school there and have always had a soft spot for the place. The growth in the next ten to twenty years if left unchecked might make the place a mess so am really hoping the county government does all it can to preserve the beauty of this new city.

I believe the growth in the next ten years is going to be massive because of its proximity to nairobi. But then more population more problem, the government will have a lot of work to do then

Data appears fake.How can Nigeria nominal GDP have risen when Naira has fallen against USD and it's economy recessed last year by -5.

The same can be said of South Africa...though the rand did reverse it's depreciation.
