I don't even think been a dot or been landlocked is a disadvantage in this 21st century all what the igbos need is just good leaders and quality human resources to develop themselves and their nation. We have seen many landlocked countries that are doing far better than nigeria in all aspect of human development despite all the access to seas and natural resources at it's disposal.
