i just discovered that im hiv positive, so i am looking for a hospital where i can get free hiv treatment in riverstate (i heard the government made it free in some hospitals)

You can get it at university of port Harcourt teaching hospital and also at Rivers state teaching hospital. Go any of the above stated hospital, get your drugs and stay healthy bro..it is well.
