it is impossible to speak eloquently without an above average IQ. It is however possible to be smart but be unable to communicate. What are you going to say when you have nothing upstairs. You think speaking eloquently is easy?. More than 70% of most populations can not communicate smoothly nor eloquently enough , do you know the though process and self awareness that goes into speaking well enough is a joke.
