Isaiah 3-16-21 is extremely out of context. I read the whole chapter three...it does not critisizes their dressing but rather the ways of the people in general (more or less like the corrupt akin to "cows of beshan, those who say bring so that we may eat" the ornaments etc was a reflection of their corrupt ways adorning themselves with luxury while others suffer and they dwell in their "sins"

So are you not seeing that this thing is very subjective? What is decent to some will be indecent to others? When the missionaries came, they wore western clothes and called ours evil. But remember they wore robes, something both men and women were wearing. Was that not against the bible? Yet here we are. How can Yahweh be so confused, he doesnt state clearly what we should wear and what he says is open to interpretations by diff tribes.
