Neteller doesn't allow Nigeria debit cards. Of wat u are funding is not more than $150, I can help u transfer from my Neteller to yours. But what I have is just $150 left in my Neteller account

Sorry, you got it wrong. I just did. I used my access bank visa debit card to send money via neteller.

It worked. Actually its my first time of using it. I just opened it and used it to pay for something online. I never used any id to open it. I was just in hurry to open in other to pay up for something.
