Is this the process?? Pay another visa fees, fill another ds160 then reschedule on cgi portal. Please clarify abeg. I will appreciate any response I can get on this

Simple. Cancer your Lagos appointment. Swith to Abuja Embassy on your CGI, fill a new Ds-160, check update profile on your CGI and put the new Ds-160 number there.
Book an appointment at Abuja and apply for emergency.

1. I have been finding it difficult to create a cgi federal account for more than a week and I’ve sent mail to the Nigeria visa support address since then yet no mail. I even sent a reminder too & yet nothing. Want to know if I have to submit my ds-160 before they will attend to me?

2. Also I have a friend that didn’t see the country for visa application when creating her cgi federal account and she left it in Algeria which was the first option. Is there a way to correct this or she has to create another account? And if she has to create another account, can she use the same email address she used for the Algeria?
