It is a php bug. Deactivate all plugins and themes to start with

have you checked the error logs?

Try restore a recent backup of urs if ur hosting has weekly or monthly backups. Then make sure all ur themes ND plugins are updated.

Login to your cpanel and disable all your plugins and see if the site will load.

Server Problems

Deactivate recently activated plugins or theme

Possibly a plugin compatibility issue..
1. Deactivate all plugins and check if you can access the site.
2. If you can...then activate and check one after another till you find the troublesome plugin, when you find it, you can try updating it to the latest version and see if it works or you can find an alternative plugin that does same job.
3. If you still cant after deactivating all plugins (which is unlikely)....then check your wordpress error log its a file in your wordpress install folder.
You can update your question with the contents of the error log.
