As a contraceptive pregnant women could forego all manner of contraception, get pregnant, be very safe for the next few months , then get an abortion and start all over. A safe period of several months without any of those pesky pills or implants that alter their body sizes.

It's unfortunate, but legal suits will continue they actually tactly said providers can sue from lower, a Texas state court ruled the new abortion bill is unconstitutional but couldn't stop it's enforcement, but it can help people with individual suit against the law

It still shows the unwillingness of the justices to uphold the law,see the brilliant argument the solicitor general put forward yet they refused to uphold and block the DOJ from suing This is a dangerous precedent and insult to judicial authority.
The court will begin to lose it's relevance once they gut Roe that is if they haven't started losing it.

Justice Sotomayor rightly asked if the institution will survive the stench on it. Let's say the providers win it will still get to SCOTUS and they will gut it again. I believe the court should be expanded since justices want to be politicians the loophole in SCOTUS stance shows that they can challenge other essential rights including voting rights and LGBTQ rights could be on the docket too.

Lol you are wrong here a replacement of 15 weeks is a direct overturning of abortion.Roe v Wade established viability at over 23 weeks this new law negates Roe that is why it is seen as a direct attack on Roe.The court cannot side with Mississippi unless they overturn Roe v Wade although such a decision would put a limit to abortion at 15 weeks and the Texas abortion law will become null and some of the so-called pro-life experts don't want that they even want it lower and abortion out lawed.

So this is a dangerous precedent they are playing with and I suspect a lot of people would not follow through with it thereby undermining the authority of the supreme court.
So let's say a woman has an abortion after SCOTUS overturns it will she be jailed and abortion criminalised.
What other rights protected by liberty can be attacked by this SCOTUS, interesting times ahead.
