Op don give nairaland urchins a chance to throw their venom on the Man of God.

Like The bishop elaborated in today's service; beware of bitterness, bitterness hinders you from you own blessings. Many Nigerians are naturally bitter and when they pray they expect answers to those prayers, and when they don't see it they turn free thinkers and oppose anything church. Miscreants undecided

Bro I'm not a member of his church though, but can you see the way people attack the church ...

It's as simple as "Oh you hate me, but you want me to clothe and feed you" ..... Sorry bro who does that?

I am Anglican, but my church dey spend money for widows , orphanages and even scholarships .... Until recently when my aged mom happened to be amoung the church elders..... Men, they spend alot, but they just don't advertise it like the ordinary NGO's

Get real please...

Yes, he is spirit filled. That still doesn't deny the fact that the man is ridiculously wealthy in terms of material assets.

The point of this post is to learn the simple and proven basics of wealth creation:

1. Planning
2. Organization
3. Discipline
4. Diligence
5. Networking
6. Smart and Profitable Investments
Etc...

If your Nigerian leaders since 1960 knew and applied these into the business of governance at federal and state levels, this nation would be on the same level as Abu Dhabi by now.

I duff my hat for you! You really captured the whole point of the post

Bishop Oyedepo is masterful in priming people especially in the area of giving. The entire Shiloh program is just a way to prime people to "sacrifice". And the way he does it is so slick, unless you are not really paying attention you'll think he was talking about anything else but his focus is always on the Shiloh "sacrifice". Then he has added the direct building of churches by individuals meaning the Living Faith organisation will not need to expend as much in establishing new branches. So someone else will build the church building but he'll be the one to reap the rewards of increased membership.

I listened to most of the broadcast and was constantly shaking my head in amazement at his masterful manipulation.

You are a very intelligent man/woman.
That man will continue to be rich because he is just so brilliantly good at psychology. No one is better than him in that regard.
But I'm not judging, just stating my observation.

On point!

They tried severally to construct d road, but the local govt in Ota won't allow them do it.
Ministry of work in Ogun state will never allow them bcuz Bishop Oyedepo won't give out any bribe.
If canaanland can have light since 1998 till date non stop, what is there in d road.

They would not allow Living Faith to fix the road bcoz:

I. Bishop Oyedepo will do it by himself and will not release the money to government officials.

II. Government officials will not make money from contractors.

III. Government officials will not be able to inflate the contract price.

Note that Living Faith has the capacity to do it but other interest are involved just as I mentioned above.

It's not manipulative. You saw and know the amount of wealthy members and ministers that "give" the so called sacrifice and keep giving. It hasn't made them any less wealthy.
If people claim that the majority of the church is poor, how come their total estimates giving is in the millions and billions? And this giving is everytime and every year, no break. If Jesus tarries, it will still be the same story 10years from now.

Nah... You are missing the point.

Remove his ministry today, that man will still grow financially and materially!!!

He is not that different from some wealth creators across the globe!

I'm not a member of that church, but I can tell smart and wise leaders when I see them. This is beyond church and religion! Baba Oyedepo knows the pure rudiments of business and financial growth.

If we had such men as leaders of this nation, this country would have been far ahead by now. He is in the class and level of Rockefella, Gate, Abu Dhabi, etc... People that can turn resources to massive financial structures.

Quite true this, i once had similar experience working at a place and the company wanted to fix the road but they were frustrated so badly by the government. The road remains worse off till date.

He fed the poor, healed the sick whenever he ministered to people unlike these ones that only need you to sow a seed to enrich themselves and their families.

Humans and our worship of men and riches.

cry cry cry

Until we all realize that all we have to do is look inside our own selves.

Until it dawns on us that we all have the DIRECT access to God and that we do not need any pastor or religious leader in between.

Until we let go of religion, we will never truly find God.

Get your hands dirty, do some research and you will see how religion has put us in this mental slavery - worldwide.

After all, isn't that why it is called INDOCTRINATION?
grin ;Dpeople. well most of you think about God as someone thats is in isolation that everyone should have access to and He will attend to everyone.let me tell you God is a family oriented person thats why He created thing the way we see them.He has his kingdom up he created one for us to live in.angels worship him up there He want us to worship him down here thats what brought about religious. You can't be wiser than God.there is a reason why these thing are here God should have created only you.you can't have access to God because you are not pure that why he send Jesus to died so that on the bases of his blood you can have access to him.go and read your bible and see that he keep sending prophets to the people.moses Elijah Elisha a lot of them and the saviour Jesus

I'll answer you, Jesus had everything he needed in his disposal. He had his own apartment in a ship. He turned water to wine. He needed a donkey, he didn't beg for it. If Jesus was on Earth today, he'll own the biggest Private jets. He'll speak out against government same way Bishop does. Jesus never lacked anything. Even when he died, he was buried like the Rich. Jesus showed us why wealth, transportation and everything is needed for the gospel. This is our generation, donkey and boat is not trending.
