Now, the key phrase in that paragraph is "called for an investigation to be conducted".
I hope you can now understand that the import of the petition is for the security agencies to INVESTIGATE the allegation of Kemi and NOT to ARREST her? Good.You don't need to thank me.

A lot of people in Nigeria go about writing and posting stuff about other people without knowing the legal ramifications of it. That's why a lot of you don't know that writing something like what Kemi did, puts her in the position of being sued for defamation i.e libel according to the law unless she can prove beyond reasonable doubt to the law that her statement was indeed the truth.

There is freedom of speech but freedom after speech is not a guarantee.
