Eguavoen has won Bronze at the AFCON. Won Federation Cup. Coached a team to second place in Malta league. Coached in South Africa and took Enyimba to 3rd place on the league after won Federation cup for them.

He is definitely far better than Finidi and Amunike combined.

I am aware he has had a couple of stints with some NPFL teams, so how did he perform? For me, in my opinion, it seems Eguavoen is just a journeyman looking for chop money. My reason is that after he was fired as SE coach, he later took on the role of U23 coach and he failed in that. I mean why would any CEO worth his salt agree to be reappointed to a lower role in the same org.
